Max Goss is a Senior Research Director in the Gartner Enterprise Applications team. Mr. Goss specializes in the Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams and the Microsoft Power Platform. He also has considerable expertise in Generative AI governance, adoption and change management outside of the Microsoft stack, including AI agent governance. The topics he currently focuses on include Microsoft 365 and Copilot governance, Generative AI governance, implementation and adoption and digital workplace operations and organizational structures. Mr. Goss has a strong focus on information governance and has a keen understanding of the capabilities available in Microsoft 365 and can offer best practice advice on how organization should implement them.
