I am a Senior Director in Gartner's CIO and AI Leaders research group. I advise tech leaders globally on how to demonstrate business value from their digital transformation and AI initiatives.
Many of the topics that I provide guidance on include the IT operating model, product management, leadership effectiveness of CIO and their team, culture change and IT talent strategy.
