Currently serving as Deputy CFO at NielsenIQ, he supports the leadership and operating rhythm of the global finance organization, contributing to enterprise performance management, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making. Over the course of his career, Alban has managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, led international finance organizations of more than 600 professionals, and delivered significant outcomes — including a $2.7B carve-out and sale to Advent, a €1B acquisition integration, and IPO readiness for a $4B enterprise. His expertise spans corporate finance, FP&A, M&A, and performance improvement under private equity ownership. He brings extensive experience in capital structure and investor engagement through carve-outs, acquisitions, and IPO readiness initiatives.
