His background spans industrial engineering, production management, and supply chain planning, beginning at General Motors, where he was awarded the General Motors Graduate Fellowship for full-time graduate study. He later joined Rockwell Automation, holding progressive leadership roles across Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, logistics, and customer service in North America and Asia, before being named Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer in 2019.
Ernest serves on the Board of Directors for Avient Corporation and as an Advisory Board member for Wahl Clipper Corporation. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, supporting the advancement of diverse executive talent.
