Marine Graham is an experienced operations & sustainability leader passionate about building amazing teams and driving responsible business practices that promote long-term, sustainable value creation. She is currently the Chief Value Chain Officer for DECATHLON, transforming the way the largest sporting goods retailer in the world develops, produces & delivers products sustainably across 80 countries to make sport & wellbeing accessible to all.
Before joining Decathlon in 2023, Marine spent a decade at NIKE, Inc. where she held various leadership roles across supply chain planning, sourcing, manufacturing and sustainability. In her last role as Vice President of Responsible Supply Chain, she led a global team working to elevate the wellbeing of close to 2 million workers who make and move NIKE products across 600+ facilities in 40 countries. With this reach came the unique opportunity to drive innovation, collaboration, and impact at scale with suppliers, industry partners, and other brands to accelerate systemic change.
Prior to Nike, Marine worked across 5 continents promoting sustainable, market-led economic growth through the implementation of USAID enterprise development & agribusiness programs. She holds a BA in Politics and Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University and a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
