I conducted research on the Future of Software Engineering, particularly the 'tiny teams' prediction that software engineering teams will shrink in size and increase in number, as AI drives efficiencies and leads to redefined roles.
Before joining the Software Engineering Practice at Gartner, Aliyah previously wrote research on leadership development, succession management, and internal communications (including change and culture communications). Major studies included Reducing Information Overload and Diversifying the Leadership Bench. Aliyah also has experience as a HR practitioner, working for Gartner's Workforce Development team as a Program Manager.
