Many of the topics that I provide guidance on include the IT operating model, product management, leadership effectiveness of CIO and their team, culture change and IT talent strategy. I also help clients develop and present their IT or AI strategy to the board and effectively demonstrate its business value.
I really enjoy facilitating leadership discussions and presenting keynotes as well as other executive sessions at our conferences and Symposium events.
