Previous experience

Before joining Gartner, I worked with a small but mighty research team situated within the United States Marine Corps. In this role, I led research projects focused on facets of Marine Corps culture, including leadership, mentorship, and gender. My team and I interviewed hundreds of Marines to generate insights that informed broader military policy.
