Harsh Kundulli | VP Analyst

Harsh Kundulli advises CHROs, CIOs, and senior executives on high-stakes HR technology and AI decisions that shape workforce outcomes and business performance. He helps leaders build HR technology roadmaps and defensible business cases; evaluate and select vendors; prioritize AI use cases (including generative AI and agentic AI); communicate AI value; and drive AI adoption and value realization. Harsh also advises HR leaders on HR’s role in enterprise AI strategy—including workforce implications, governance, and techniques to boost the performance of the human–machine workforce. In addition, Harsh supports HR technology vendors in identifying unmet buyer needs, assessing roadmap priorities, and sharpening positioning and value engineering frameworks.
